The Maso Pan restaurant is roomy, but at the same time intimate and cosy, with an adjoining garden and outdoor gazebo, where you can dine al fresco in the summer.
The culinary creativity in our restaurant has no limits, but the dishes we prefer are those typical of Caderzone Terme and Val Rendena, with particular emphasis on polenta, which represents the culinary history of the past in our valley.
All our dishes are prepared with home-grown or zero-kilometre ingredients and served with utmost professionalism and infinite attention to detail.

Polenta with cheese and mushrooms or stew, home-made broth, Trentino-style dumplings, strangolapreti with melted butter and sage, beef or pork, game, seasonal vegetables, home-made desserts, the delights of simple mountain meals, all accompanied by excellent local wines or beer.
